1. Leadership challenge - follow up
The opening hour of the meeting was dedicated to reflecting on the next topic of the Leadership challenge training: Inspire a Shared Vision. This is an area we particularly need to work on as it is the lowest rated by most KAM leaders. We talked about how to address future trends, share a compelling picture of the future, invite others to share their dreams, invite participation in a shared vision, etc.
2. Flood response
We have agreed to give you 5 days off to respond to the flood damage if it has affected you personally or your loved ones, or if you would like to participate as a registered volunteer with a humanitarian organisation. In this way we can also be a light where we live.
3. Risk management and Succession planning
We spent part of the day meeting going through the team through the lens of who will be leaving or changing positions and we need to start preparing another missionary to take their place. We will include this HR section in our meetings on a regular basis.
4. Topics from the KAM feedback questionnaire
Once again, we have returned to discussing your suggestions from the KAM Feedback Questionnaire. In relation to your great idea to create KAM merch, we would like to invite you to join the creative team to develop a proposal if you are interested - apply by 4 October HERE.
5. Systems Administration
We have been dealing with the issue of KAM systems management (websites, e-learning...) given that Dominik will be finishing his ministry with KAM at the end of 2024. In the future, David Kubelka, who is currently focusing on fundraising and also taking over the finance area, should join the Systems area.
6. Programs
Tomas Tousek joined the Leadership Team to address questions about the Quest program and connecting EDGE with ČAU Frisbee. |
