Dear Kamáci,

Greetings at the end of 2023, and at the end of the season in which I have been entrusted to lead KAM. I am grateful for the 20 years I have been able to spend at the helm of KAM, 6 of them as Director. I will fondly remember you and all that the Lord God has allowed us to experience and accomplish together for the growth of God's kingdom in our country.

A year of change is upon us. From the 1st of January 2024, I will hand over the leadership of KAM to Kuba Vejmělka. Kuba will lead our entire team, although he will not be officially inducted into the role of KAM Director until April 5th, 2024, at the KAM Annual Conference. Until then, I will be his uplink and will stand in the role of Statutory Officer/Director with administrative responsibilities. However, I will leave the practical running of KAM entirely to Kuba. I sincerely hope that 2024 will be a time of new blossoming for KAM and that new wineskins will be prepared for the new wine in Czech churches.
