rád bych vás informoval, že Správní rada KAM rozhodla, že Jakub Vejmělka během Výroční konference dne 5.4. 2024 převezme roli ředitele KAM. Toto rozhodnutí má podporu jak současného ředitele Dušana Drabiny, tak Dava Pattyho jako prezidenta Josiah Venture.

Tomuto rozhodnutí předcházela řada rozhovorů o budoucím směřování KAM, mnoho modliteb a delší proces, jehož cílem bylo najít ten správný čas a nejlepší cestu k postupnému a dobře připravenému předání této důležité role a s ní spojených odpovědností a vztahů.

V období do dubna příštího roku Dušan Drabina nadále bude nést všechny odpovědnosti i pravomoci ředitele, ale některé oblasti spojené především s dlouhodobější strategií a plánováním bude postupně delegovat na budoucího ředitele.

Dear KAM team and members,

I would like to inform you that the KAM Board has decided that the role of KAM Director will be passed to Jakub Vejmělka during the Annual Conference on April 5, 2024. This decision has the support of both current Director Dusan Drabina and Dave Patty as President of Josiah Venture.

This decision was preceded by many conversations about the future direction of KAM, much prayer, and an extended process to find the right time and the best way for a gradual and well-prepared handover of this important role and its associated responsibilities and relationships.

In the time leading up to April next year, Dusan Drabina will continue to carry all the responsibilities and powers of the Director, but will gradually delegate some areas, particularly those associated with longer term strategy and planning, to the incoming Director.
